DESCRIPTION
Systems of the RO640-1240 Si series are designed to reduce the total salt content of water by the principle of reverse osmosis (demineralization, desalination, reduction of electrical conductivity) from the water of municipal and local water supply networks, artesian wells, wells, etc. It is the most effective, safe and economical method of water desalination and purification from bacteria and microorganisms.
Systems are divided into different types according to the conditions of use:
- LP series. The systems operate with a working pressure of 7-10 bar and an output salinity of up to 2000 mg/l;
- BW series. The systems operate with an operating pressure of 11-14 bar and an output salinity of up to 4000 mg/l.
Drawing on our years of experience in manufacturing equipment, setting it up and maintaining it, these systems are built around the “Keep It Simple System” design principle – a system works best when it is simple, not complicated, so simplicity should be a key design goal without too much complexity. But in order to take into account all the possible subtleties of the technological regime and implement the advanced algorithm of the reverse osmosis system, the systems are equipped with a Siemens LOGO!
Main distinguishing features:
- Ease of selection, installation and maintenance;
- The absence of additional flow adjustments and the exclusion of the "human factor" in the system settings;
- Hydraulically correctly balanced operation of the system with the help of Nerex "Smart Flow" regulators;
- PLC controller Siemens LOGO! with an implemented algorithm of the reverse osmosis system, reproducing the maximum possible economical operation of membrane elements;
- The presence of a manual mode - the ability to turn on / off the actuators;
- The presence of an antiscalant counter - the ability of the controller to monitor the presence of an antiscalant flow; fixing the volume of the solution that was dosed into the system; display of the actual performance of the dosing pump in mL/hour;
- Building a system of warnings and information about accidents based on the principle of a traffic light displayed on the controller screen;
- The presence of a counter of hours of operation of the reverse osmosis system, displayed on the controller screen;
- The possibility of flexible adjustment of delays and settings for any integration into the technological process;
- Possibility of data transfer from the system via Modbus TCP protocol (Ethernet interface);
- A separate pumping unit installed on the recycle line, which guarantees the required flow rate in this line and the fulfillment of the requirements for the ratio of flows in membrane elements from manufacturers of reverse osmosis membranes;
- The two-pump scheme of work allows to save up to 15-30% of the electric power a year;
- System power supply 220 V, which allows household consumers to use industrial systems;
- System frame made of bent sheet metal, covered with powder paint;
- Key components (assemblies) of the system from high-quality components: Grundfos, Ceme, Schneider, John Quest;
- Minimum possible overall dimensions among similar systems.
